Getting Started

Welcome to Alchemify! This guide walks you through your first steps.

Getting access

Section titled “Getting access”

An admin will invite you by email. You’ll receive a magic link — click it to sign in instantly. For subsequent logins, enter your email on the login page and a new sign-in link will be sent to your inbox.

If your link has expired (links are valid for 15 minutes), ask your admin to send a new one.

First look

Section titled “First look”

After signing in you’ll land on your org’s Home Screen — a dashboard with four cards showing your Tables, Views, Pages, and the AI Builder. Each card shows a count of items in that section.

Click a card to see its items, or click an individual item from the sidebar to jump straight in. If a section is empty, the card links directly to the AI Builder with a prompt to help you create your first item.

The sidebar

The left-hand sidebar is how you move around. At the top you’ll find Home (back to the dashboard) and the AI Builder. Below that, collapsible sections list your tables, views, and pages. The active item is highlighted so you always know where you are.
