Settings
The Settings page is available to all authenticated users at /sys/settings. You can reach it from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar (click your avatar, then Settings).
Profile
Section titled “Profile”The Profile section lets you manage your own account information.
- Email — Your login email address. The field is read-only; click Change next to it to swap addresses. Changing your email sends a confirmation link to the new address — the change only applies after you click that link, so a typo can’t lock you out and a stolen session can’t silently swap your email. See Email change flow for the underlying mechanics.
- Display Name — How your name appears to other team members. Optional (up to 200 characters). When set, your display name appears as the primary label in the sidebar user menu (with email shown smaller below it), and your avatar initial uses the first letter of your display name.
Click Save to update your display name. Changes are reflected immediately in the user menu without a page refresh and persist across browser refreshes.
Team management, user invitations, and table permissions have moved to the User Management page (admin-only).
